Hi, my name is Tito Victoriano. I am a freelance web designer and web developer.
I worked at Trinity College, in Hartford, CT, from 1995 to 2007. The last six years as the College's webmaster. I have been freelancing since I left the school at the end of August 2007 to go to Chile.
I have an eclectic knowledge in computing that includes being a Qmail and Apache administrator in UNIX systems, IIS/ADO.Net/C# programmer in Windows, and LAMP lately. I am familiarized with many different types of software: video, sound, file transfer, image editing, email, CMS (FrontPage, WordPress), etc.
My background in design comes from a different source. I got acquainted with oil painting early on in my education; I learned composition, color mixing and a technique reminiscent of Robert Rauschenberg. I switched pencils and brushes for Illustrator and Photoshop in order to build websites.
I design websites myself or build websites designed by others. I work on PHP and MySql for the most part and have incursionated into Facebook API. When practical, I build forms using AJAX, and once in a while I dig into ActionScript for Flash interaction with PHP.
I can honestly say I have an aptitude for research, and most of the computing work I do involves tasks I have to find the answer for, and I enjoy the process.
I offer assistance with Social Networks - Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, Blogs, YouTube, Linkedin, etc. - RSS feeds and widgets, for viral distribution.
For further information please don't hesitate contacting me to the email or phone listed below. Thanks.
